We use the details you provide at checkout to create and fulfil your order and contact you about it. We only collect delivery address and location details when you request delivery; pickup orders do not need a delivery address.

Partner accounts are separate from customer accounts. A partner application asks for a verified email address, verified phone number, confirmation that the applicant is at least 18, shop name and shop address. The submitted shop address is encrypted at rest and disclosed to authorised administrators for application review. We do not request identity documents for this partner KYC. Approved partners can submit wholesale or co-marketing enquiries, and referral links attribute orders without exposing customer contact or delivery details.

Order information is stored by our service provider to process orders and support customer care. Do not send identity documents, bank card details, passwords or other sensitive identity information in order notes or WhatsApp messages. Online payments are not collected by this store.

When the AI assistants are enabled, messages you send and relevant store information are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. This website does not save AI assistant chat history. Do not include passwords, verification codes, payment information, full delivery addresses or other sensitive personal information in an AI chat. OpenAI processes requests under its own terms and data controls.

Customer-community friend requests and messages are stored to support the service. Messages are available only to the two accepted customers in that friendship; friend requests must be accepted before messaging is enabled. A verified phone number may be shared with an accepted friend to support WhatsApp call handoff. Payment requests retain the amount, reason and participating customers' display names. Accepting a request opens WhatsApp with the company; the website does not process payment.
